Mental Reinforcement

Mental coaching is a fundamental aspect of my practice. Neuroscience confirms that, just like muscles, the brain can be trained. My goal is to break down bad habits, replace them with positive ones, and ensure that these new habits are firmly established.

A personalized meal plan based on individual goals: weight loss, muscle gain, or optimization of sports performance. In addition to general advice, a tailored meal program is offered. My approach is holistic, with particular attention to the specific needs of women.

Before we talk about you, how about we talk about me?

I’ve always loved sports, but after my studies, I started my career in the corporate world, a universe far removed from what fuels my passion today. After a few years, the stress, pressure, and daily challenges eventually wore me out, both physically and mentally. The result: burnout. Getting back into sports was the best decision of my life, even though I didn’t realize yet how much it would transform everything. I was lucky to be surrounded by inspiring people, and little by little, the idea of creating lasting changes began to take root in me. The more I learned about the body, nutrition, and their impact on the mind—and vice versa—the more my passion grew. Finally, I decided to turn this passion into my profession. It became clear to me: my mission is to share and pass on this passion to as many people as possible. I completed EREPS level 3 and 4 certifications, along with training in cupping, massage therapy, mental preparation, and neuroscience. Today, thanks to these skills and my experience, I support you in achieving your goals with a tailored and personalized program. My approach is holistic, taking into account all aspects of your well-being, whether physical, mental, or emotional.
